Orders confirmed prior to 12:00 PM CST are generally fulfilled and shipped the same business day.
Orders placed after the cutoff time, or during weekends and holidays, will be processed on the following business day.
All shipments are handled with attention to timing, consistency, and product integrity. Shipment details including tracking information will be provided once your order has been fulfilled.

Returns & Order Resolution
To maintain the integrity and traceability of all research materials, Golden Era Sciences does not accept returns. All sales are final.
If an order is received incorrectly, does not match the original purchase, or arrives damaged:
- Notify our team within 7 calendar days of delivery
- Provide your order details and clear photographic evidence of the issue
Approved cases will be resolved with a replacement shipment of the original product. Claims submitted outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
